Enterprise covers very large estates with custom integrations, API access, dedicated account management, and negotiated volume pricing — typically for groups, hotel chains, or stadium-scale operators.
SpotCheck is software-only: a mobile app and Bluetooth scale for spirits weighing and partial-bottle counts, with no hardware install. Premium is the full draught monitoring system with flow sensors installed on every beer line, real-time variance tracking, and POS reconciliation — and SpotCheck is included free.
Your 60-day risk-free pilot includes full platform access with hardware installed. The per-line install fee is fully refundable if you cancel within 60 days; the site setup fee is non-refundable (it covers our site visit, onboarding, and setup work). Subscription fees for the period of use are non-refundable. After 60 days, your monthly subscription continues at the Premium rate.

No — all hardware (flow sensors, edge device, carrier PCB, microcontroller, wiring, enclosure) remains the property of Pourmetrics Ireland throughout your subscription. Your installation fee covers the labour, configuration, and onboarding work to bring the service live; it doesn't transfer ownership. We install, maintain, replace, and ultimately retrieve the hardware. This keeps your costs predictable (we handle failures), and lets us ensure the system continues to work reliably with our service.
