"Pourmetrics", "we", "us" refers to Prystine Systems Ltd (trading as Pourmetrics Ireland), VAT registered under IE04725712RH, with registered office at JFK Parade, Sligo, F91 PK4K, Ireland.
"Customer", "you" refers to the business entity accepting a quotation or subscribing to the Pourmetrics service.
"Service" refers to the Pourmetrics draught monitoring platform, including hardware (sensors, edge devices), cloud software, analytics, and support.
"Installation" refers to the supply, fitting, wiring, and commissioning of Pourmetrics hardware at the customer's premises.
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote document. Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.
Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be charged at the applicable rate.
Installation includes hardware supply, sensor installation on each beer line, wiring, edge device setup, commissioning, and calibration.
The customer must provide reasonable access to the premises and ensure beer lines are accessible for sensor installation.
Installation scheduling will be agreed between the parties following quote acceptance.
The per-line installation fee is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 60 days of installation, the per-line installation fee will be refunded in full upon written request. The site setup fee is non-refundable, as it covers the site visit, onboarding, commissioning, and setup work performed at the start of service.
Monthly subscription fees paid during the guarantee period are non-refundable as they represent the cost of the service received.
The customer must notify Pourmetrics Ireland in writing (email is acceptable) within 60 days of the installation completion date. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of a valid claim being submitted.
Where a refund is issued, Pourmetrics Ireland will arrange retrieval of all hardware at no additional cost. See section 6 (Hardware) for the full ownership terms that apply throughout the subscription, including after cancellation.
This policy applies to all new customers and will be reviewed periodically.
The subscription is billed monthly and includes access to the cloud platform, analytics, alerts, software and firmware updates, and standard support.
Subscription fees are based on the number of monitored draught lines as specified in the quotation.
The minimum subscription term is 12 months from installation completion. After the minimum term, the subscription continues on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
All hardware supplied as part of the Pourmetrics service — including but not limited to flow sensors, edge devices (Raspberry Pi or equivalent), microcontrollers (Pico or equivalent), the Pourmetrics carrier PCB, in-cabinet wiring, networking equipment, and enclosures — remains the property of Pourmetrics Ireland at all times. The installation fees described in section 3 cover the labour, configuration, and onboarding work required to bring the service into operation; they do not transfer ownership of any hardware to the customer.
For the duration of an active subscription, the customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the installed hardware solely for the purpose of receiving the Pourmetrics service.
The customer agrees not to:
Hardware replacement due to normal wear and tear is included in the subscription. Replacement of hardware damaged through misuse, negligence, unauthorised modification, or use outside the terms above will be charged at full replacement cost.
Upon cancellation, expiry, or termination of the subscription for any reason, Pourmetrics Ireland will arrange collection of all hardware at no cost to the customer within 30 days. The customer agrees to provide reasonable access for retrieval and to keep the hardware in good working order until collected. Hardware not made available for collection may be invoiced at full replacement cost.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice after the minimum term.
If the customer cancels during the minimum term, the remaining subscription fees for the minimum term period become payable.
Upon cancellation, access to the platform will be maintained until the end of the paid period. Data export is available upon request.
